Post Generator (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by Kredesolutions. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you use our content marketing platform at www.kredesolutions.com, api.kredesolutions.com, and the Post Generator application at kredesolutions.streamlit.app.
Information we collect
- Account data: email address, password (stored hashed), and company name.
- Profile data: company and brand information you provide in the app.
- Content: posts, marketing plans, uploaded files, and knowledge base entries.
- Social connections: when you connect LinkedIn or Facebook, we receive OAuth tokens and basic profile or Page identifiers needed to publish on your behalf. We do not receive your social network password.
- Usage: API and AI usage logs for billing, support, and security.
How we use information
- Provide login, content generation, scheduling, and publishing features.
- Publish posts to LinkedIn or Facebook only when you authorize us and trigger publishing.
- Improve reliability, security, and product functionality.

Sharing
We share data only with service providers required to operate the product (e.g. hosting, OpenAI for content generation, LinkedIn/Meta APIs for publishing). We do not sell your personal data.
Retention & security
We retain data while your account is active. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. You may disconnect social accounts or request account deletion by contacting us.
